All Korimi products are handmade by artisans from communities of Mexico using ancient techniques with passion and dedication.

How do I take care of my products?

We recommend washing our products as dry cleaning or by hand to maintain the integrity of the products.
Always follow care label instructions.

Why does my product doesn't look exactly as the picture?

Due to the hand-dyed, hand-embroidered or hand-woven nature of all the textiles, Variations and flaws are inherent to our artisanal process.
All our products are unique and unrepeatable.

The images we use are a guide to help you in your purchase and there could be differences between the products.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We also accept payments via PayPal, during checkout select PayPal Express if you already have an account with them.

In Mexico we also accept bank deposits and wire transfers.

Can you ship items on my order to different addresses?

At the moment, you might have to place an order for each shipping address.

When are you shipping my order?

Please note we process orders before 1pm CST (Central Standard Time) from Monday to Friday. Orders received over the weekend or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Although we always try to process shipments the same day of the order, it can take us 3 to 5 days to process your shipment.

Some of our products, have a process that prevents us from meeting the dates, but keep in mind that we will always tell you and keep in constant contact.

Will I be charged duties and taxes upon the arrival of my order?

Sometimes the carrier will charge duties or taxes, depending on your location. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any taxes and duties imposed by the country you are shipping to.
Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made.

For international orders, we make sure that every package that we send is insured until you receive it.

Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, we charge for all our shipping. At checkout you will see the shipping cost, depending on your location.

Can I return my order?

Yes, If you wish to return your purchase, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us.

Please send us an email to hello@korimimexico.com with your order number, and explaining the reason you wish to return it.
Only afer we receive the product in our warehouse and have verified that the product is in excellent conditions with its original tags and packaging, will we issue you store credit.
